Our firm is located in Lakeville, MN and when we brought on a partner in Omaha we needed to upgrade our contact management systems to automatically synchronize over the network so that we are all using and updating the same data. I was referred to Jill at Softech Solutions LLC and have now worked with Jill for about 6 months. The installation included a server install, 3 desktop installs and a remote laptop installation. We also needed to customize Act! and import our database into it.
And the installation went without a glitch! Jill is truly a seasoned professional in Act and also is a very good business person who understands what her clients really want: peace of mind that someone will take care their situation. She has a way of communicating that creates a lot of confidence. When you combined that with her reliable follow through you can see why she is so successful. She simply gets the job done without surprises. She is also very efficient in her work and sensitive as to how she bills for her work – I continue to use her services as needed to make changes to our Act installation/database and I have always felt I was getting a great deal. That’s what has kept me coming back… She’s now part of our team!
