Jill Gibson Blyth, owner of Softech Solutions LLC, is a true professional and absolutely places customer service as her top priority. Her knowledge of ACT! is very impressive and gives her the ability to solve difficult configuration problems with ease. More importantly, she proactively referred other experts as needed and pulled all of us together as a team to resolve an intractable issue. When we had difficulty on our side with coordinating people’s time, Jill was not only understanding but insisted on not billing for idle time even though she had dedicated that time to us. I will not even consider using any other consultant for my ACT! needs.
