Jenny has joined Softech Solutions to lead our growing sales efforts. She has a long history in sales, most recently working directly for the manufacturer of ACT!, Sage Software. She may be a familiar face to some of you, she has been doing corporate licensing sales in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan for Sage for the last three years. At Sage, Jenny had the opportunity to learn all about ACT! directly from the CRM headquarters, working closely with the development and support teams. She was also one of the top producing representatives each year and manager of the employee events committee. Prior to moving into technology sales, Jenny worked in the travel industry. At Princeton Resorts she set the record for highest first day sales, pleasantly surprising the management team and propelling her forward quickly. Before Princeton Resorts, she was handling business accounts at American Express, helping small businesses expand their financial portfolio. Softech's approach was to look at our business model and ask all the right questions - what information do we currently capture; how is that information used in our sales process; who should have access to that information and what else would we like to do that we can't under the current version of ACT. Based on this information, they then designed an ACT system that matched all of our needs and then some.
